Case study example
If you would like to contribute a case study to my next book which is going to be entitled ‘Improving the taught Postgraduate Experience- A practical guide for Universities and Colleges’, please continue reading.
Below is an example of how the final case study is expected to look. All case study authors will complete the same sections.
I am looking for practical case studies that have been developed to improve or enhance the student experience for taught postgraduate students in the following areas:
- Supporting first contact and admissions
- Pre-arrival
- Outduction
- Academic support and development
- Supporting staff to be supporters
- Assessment and feedback
- Student evaluation and feedback

If you think that you have a case study that would be appropriate for inclusion, please complete the information boxes below. I need your name, contact email address, the institution at which you work, the country in which you reside and a 500 word overview of your initiative which address the following questions.
- What key players were involved in developing the initiative/project?
- Why was the initiative/project developed?
- How was the initiative/project implemented?
- What were the outcomes of the initiative/project?
